Club Solarium is a home for families and communities, often starting with the woman at the heart of them: the homemaker or working mom who's tired of dividing herself between work, home, family, and community and is ready to find her rhythm. Through my SAUNA system (Sankofa, Ashe, Ubuntu, Nia, and Afia), we build harmony in your SUPREME health: spiritual, ultradian rhythm, physical, relational, emotional, mental, and environmental. You'll reconnect with who you already are, learn to be used without being misused, and pour into your own cup so the overflow nourishes the people you love most and grows into a thriving tribe of families.
